  1. General Terms

    By accessing and using www.rizabella.com (“Website”), you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein. These govern all interactions including browsing, ordering, returns, refunds, and privacy practices.

  2. Order & Payment Policy
    • Orders can be placed via the Website, WhatsApp, or through customer service.
    • Orders with custom measurements may take 20–30 working days to dispatch.
    • Payment Modes: Razorpay, UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal (for international), and Cash on Delivery (up to ₹18,000 in selected PIN codes).
    • International Payments: May incur currency conversion fees by your bank.
  3. Cancellations
    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
    • Post 24 hours, cancellations (if accepted) will be compensated only via store credit.
    • Orders during Sale are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
