CANCELLATION BY US

  • Errors in pricing or description

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Payment authorization issues

If your order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded.

 

 

CANCELLATION BY THE USER

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Rizabella reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests.

 

 

FRAUDULENT / DECLINED TRANSACTIONS

We monitor transactions to prevent fraud. Users engaging in fraudulent activities shall be liable for legal action under applicable Indian law.

We reserve the right to delete accounts and cancel orders suspected of fraud without liability.

We shall not be responsible for declined transactions due to card limits or bank authorization issues.

 

 

CREDIT CARD DETAILS

You agree that credit card details provided by you are accurate and lawfully owned by you. We do not store or share payment details except as required for processing or by law.

Liability for fraudulent use of a card lies with the User.

 

 

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected pin codes and subject to a maximum order value (as determined by Rizabella).

Rizabella reserves the right to restrict or withdraw COD facility at any time.
