What is the shipping policy within India?

Shipping inside India is free of cost for Prepaid orders, and a charge of Rs. 69 will be applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

We use reliable courier companies such as Delhivery, Ecom Express, XpressBees, Blue Dart, and other reputed logistics partners to ship our products. All shipments are carefully packed and insured to ensure safe delivery.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the courier company may contact you before delivery.

Can we reschedule the delivery date?

In case you are not available during delivery, you may contact the courier partner and arrange for redelivery. Alternatively, you may coordinate with the courier company to collect the parcel from their nearest branch, subject to their policies.

Rizabella shall not be responsible for any delay caused due to unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.

What is the shipping turnaround time?

Products are dispatched within 24 working hours from the time the order is placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Post dispatch, the delivery timeline is generally 2 to 5 working days, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics constraints, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
