Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Return Eligibility
    • Return request must be placed within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Only replacement or size exchange is allowed. No refunds unless the product is defective.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

    • Footwear
    • Stitched sarees
    • Customized garments
    • Fall & pico services
    • Pre-draped sarees
    • Petticoats
    • Any items altered per customer request
  3. Return Procedure
    • Log in to your account  →  Orders  →  Request Return.
    • Pickup will be arranged for eligible PIN codes.
    • After quality check, exchange or refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
